The sold-out U32 Apartment building is adding a second building to their location and Christen Joy has been along since the beginning. While continuing the designs for common spaces including lounge, hot yoga studio, fitness room and more Christen was planning an install in one of the largest units, a four bedroom, two bathroom, to show potential renters what home could look like at U32. With the main target audience being students, comfortable spaces were topped with personality through artwork, coffee table books to finishing touches including brass utensils.
