In the historic district of North Fargo, there stands a 1935 Tudor whose entire second floor was in need of a complete transformation. Christen Joy was hired by the homeowners to gut the entire floor all the way down to the studs and to build it back up again. The main focus and goal in mind was the ensure that all finishes were appropriate for the era of their home yet also met todays standards for a traditional look and feel. The results are ones you will have to see to believe, but everything from the clawfoot tub, to wainscoting, to the glass-knob door handles, fully makes this renovation a timeless vs trendy look both the homeowners and Christen were going for. The entire second floor feels right where it belongs now thanks to the JOYful partnership!
